Chason’s Crab Stadium started as more than just a business idea — it was a passion born out of love for food, family, and community. In 2014, my partners and I opened Chason’s, but the real inspiration came from my amazing wife, Eva. Her natural talent in Vietnamese and Cajun cooking blew me away. Every dish she made was full of bold flavor, soul, and comfort — and I knew the world needed to experience it.

As a fan of Honey Walnut Shrimp, this dish will leave you in disbelief! It’s crunchy and is more honey than mayo which is never the case in any restaurant. I love the innovative ratio and plating.
